SHIPPING POLICY
We apologize for the inconvenience, but, at this time, we DO NOT ship outside of the United States.
PROCESSING - Once your order is placed, please allow 24-72 hours for processing. A tracking number will be provided once your package has been shipped. Any orders placed after 2 p.m. CST on a Friday will be shipped the next business day (processing time still applies) as orders are not processed on weekends. In the event of a sale and/or holidays, processing/shipping times may be longer than usual so please keep that in mind when you decide to place an order.
ADDRESS VERIFICATION - To ensure that your package is sent, please be sure that your address is correct and complete, including the apartment, unit, and/or building number. If there is an issue with your address being verified, you will be contacted by customer service via the email address provided during checkout. If we do not receive a response in a timely manner, your order will be cancelled, money will be refunded (minus shipping costs, if applicable), and you will receive notification. Also, when placing an order, the billing and shipping address must match. If they do not, you will be notified by customer service (the same process as an unverified address will take place).
SHIPPING RATES - At this time, all orders are shipped via USPS. All orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping fee of $8. Otherwise, if your order (before tax) is $75 and above, the shipping is free.
ORDER CANCELLATION - If, for any reason, you decide you would like to cancel your order, you MUST do so within 24 hours of ordering. Contact [email protected] with subject line “CANCEL ORDER #____“. This will ensure that your money will be refunded and shipment has not been prepared to ship.
VACATION/CLOSING - Any closing or vacation dates will be announced prior. Any orders placed during that time will be processed within the 1-3 day processing window upon our re-opening.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are FINAL and items may not be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please take into consideration:
- Size of clothing worn by the model
- Size chart listed for each piece
- Processing and shipping times
